This is a writing desk AND a mobile computer desk, all-in-one. 

The clearance of the printer shelf is enough to accept monitors up to 22" tall. In addition, this shelf's depth allows for the feet on most all-in-one printers to sit appropiately. This shelf's generous 24" width allows for extra storage and is ideal for positioning multimedia speakers. In addition, the shelf and supporting frames are removable. 

This desk also includes a foot-level shelf for binders, books, a subwoofer, etc... Includes 4 casters (front ones with locks). The S-40 is a fine elegant and modern piece of computer furniture, which also looks excellent when assembled without the printer shelf.
